Ai•id, and the User collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Background
Ai•id provides a platform for the recognition and tagging of Artificial Intelligence (AI) elements in various digital assets, websites, and intellectual properties. The User wishes to use Ai•id's services and commits to honestly and objectively report the presence or absence of AI elements in the assets they register with Ai•id.
Commitment
In recognition of the importance of transparent and accurate reporting of AI elements, both Parties agree to the following commitments:

The User commits to providing honest and objective information regarding the presence or absence of AI elements in their registered assets.

Ai•id shall make its best efforts to accurately identify AI elements within the registered assets to the best of its capabilities.

No Guarantee
Ai•id does not guarantee the complete accuracy or comprehensiveness of its AI element recognition.

User Responsibility
The User acknowledges that the responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of reported AI elements lies with them.

No Liability
Ai•id shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete reporting by the User.

Compliance
The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the reporting of AI elements.

Privacy
Both Parties shall respect each other's privacy rights in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Ai•id's Limitations
The User acknowledges that Ai•id may not be perfect in the process of indicating the presence of AI elements, and Ai•id, in turn, is not responsible for any inaccuracies. Ai•id reserves the right to approve or decline registrations at its discretion.
